too much stuff to comprehend

there are so many ways to communicate with people online...i don't even know how to begin. i use email every day...all day...and have at least 5 accounts. now i talk on facebook a lot. and it's sort of like blogging...but sort of like chat. so...it's chogging or blat. blogging is so more thoughtful and reflective. i don't think we stop long enough to be reflective usually. we should. maybe i will try to record my thoughts here more. however, who will read it? just me. but, that's like a journal i guess.

Welcome

welcome to my blog. i learned this from my son John and "daughter-in-love" Allison. they started one to keep everyone informed about their lives and i just thought it was a great idea. not that i will have as much to say, but it's a nice way to keep in touch.

you might notice in my profile that i describe myself in terms of my relationships. that's because i believe they are truly the only part of life that really matters. none of the rest is very easy to rely on, but hopefully, my relationships with all the people i love are. i would be nothing without the rest of you.
